Dr. Palmer has been serving as a dentist in Houston to the Houston's families since 1983. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston where he received the U.T.D.B. Alumni Civic Award and the Quintessential Book Award. He has been active in Cub Scouts and the Boy Scouts of America for over twenty years and received numerous leadership awards for his involvement in these programs, helping children form a solid foundation for successful lives.
